Surprise, Surprise. The new Tesco store is nearing readiness for stocking and when I came back home today (22nd October) at about 4pm, there in the 'no loading at any time' area was a white van. The workmen were in and out of Tesco.
I think this is only the start of what we can expect.
if you see anyone breaking the law and parking there to unload or load, please take a photo, and post it here to compile our list of evidence.
